Return Policy
Returns & Exchanges
At Moriam Co., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we currently only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
• Digital products and downloads
• Coaching services
• Items ordered in the wrong size
• Buyer’s remorse purchases
Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will work with you to provide a replacement when possible. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Refunds
Refunds are not issued for completed coaching services or delivered digital products. Approved physical item issues may qualify for a replacement rather than a refund.
